Charity FAQs

How can I support the mission? Your Eventbrite ticket goes directly to our charity drive. All you have to do is donate and show up in your finest green attire!

Where does my donation go? Your contribution is split between various non-profits and local neighborhood charities along our route (after event costs are covered). We focus on supporting the arts, community safety, and local New York initiatives.

What do I get for my donation?

  • The Gold Badge: A physical token that you can trade in for your first drink on the house.

  • Drinks Specials ALL DAY LONG: Your green wristband will get you a good % off each drink all day long. 

  • Bragging Rights: You officially supported NYC’s creative community this year.

City Parks fFoundation makes parks vibrant centers of community through sports, arts, community building, and environmental education programs for new yorkers across all five boroughs.

 Flatbush Development Corporation is dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse and vibrant Brooklyn. By building partnerships, creating programs, and developing campaigns that promote enhanced quality of life, safety, equity, and preservation of our community.

The children’s heart foundation’s congenital heart walk and help create hope for every heartbeat! Their nationwide, family-friendly walks unite communities in supporting breakthrough research for congenital heart defects. 

City Harvest exists to end hunger in communities throughout New York City. We do this through food rescue and distribution, education, and other practical, innovative solutions.

Materials for the Arts is New York’s premiere reuse center, providing a way for companies and individuals to donate unneeded supplies to thousands of nonprofit organizations with arts programming and public schools. We offer a wide variety of events, workshops, and classes to help people see and experience creative reuse up close.

To promote dance as an expressive and unifying art form by showcasing all forms of dance, educating the general public about the opportunities to experience dance, and celebrating diversity of dance in New York City by sponsoring a yearly city-wide dance parade and dance festival.
